Upper Level: Loft with view of the lake and 2 twin beds with trundles and work space. Upper Level bathroom with large tub and custom over sized shower and tub. Guest room 2 with King bed and view of the lake with a deck off the bedroom.

Lower Level: Game room with wetbar and plenty of seating. Fireplace and flat screen TV. Great place to sit and watch the game. Pool table and a patio with a view of the lake. Guest room 3 with King size bed and custom shower. Patio with table and chairs and access to the dock.

* NOTE: The Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) prohibits non-members from accessing the two ALA beach clubs, the gated Arrowhead Lake perimeter trail, ALA member-owned docks on Lake Arrowhead, and Grass Valley Park unless accompanied by an ALA member. All guests can still enjoy the lake at Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen, and visit other lakes, parks, and trails in the area *
