Lower Level: A great space to entertain, large 60” HD Flat screen TV/Blu-Ray player, 1 full bath, indoor bar, pull-out sofa bed, high end/off the ground air mattress for extra guests that inflates and deflates with the turn of a switch, sunny laundry room with ironing board and iron, board games, books, toys for the young ones, large deck with gas BBQ, gas fire pit and seating.

This property includes an Arrowhead Lake Association beach club pass that gives you access to the 2 private beach clubs and the ALA hiking trails that surround Lake Arrowhead. It also gives you the ability to fish Lake Arrowhead as our guest.
