Main Level: Living room and dining area with vaulted ceilings and wall of glass with panoramic views from the deck. Wood burning fireplace surrounded by stone. Large flat screen TV in the living room. Kitchen open to the living room and dining area. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Guest room 1 with queen bed. Bathroom on main level.

Upper Level: Guest room 2 with queen size bed and flat screen TV. Guest room 3 with a queen bed. Full bath on upper level. Loft area looking over the living room.

Lower Level: Guest room 4 / Game Room. 2 bunks beds (4 twin mattresses).

Outside: wraparound deck on main level with panoramic views. Stainless steel BBQ on the deck off the kitchen. Large concrete parking area with room for 3 cars.

This property includes an Arrowhead Lake Association beach club pass that gives you access to the 2 private beach clubs and the ALA hiking trails that surround Lake Arrowhead. It also gives you the ability to fish Lake Arrowhead as our guest.
