We went up for a vacation for a family of 4 and the place worked well for us. The pool table was a big hit, enjoyed the spa and relaxing both in the main room and the patio.

Cozy mountain cabin, great view from everywhere. The front deck, BBQ area and Jacuzzi are perfect for hanging out.

We spent the weekend here and the space is perfect if you want a quiet getaway. The deck is beautiful and has a nice view of the lake!

Grant was a fantastic host. He quickly responded to all of my questions about the area including places to eat/visit etc. The house was stocked with everything needed for a great stay. Will definitely consider staying again if we are headed to Lake Arrowhead.

Grant definitely makes his guests feel very welcome and at home within the Emerald Bay Lake House. It is a cabin with a very open layout and a warm, home-like feel. This was exactly what we needed for a three-night getaway! There were only a couple of us but the cabin itself can comfortably fit a larger group. We were also able to bring our dog, which made the trip that much more enjoyable. Whenever I had a question, Grant was easily accessible and responded to me within 5 minutes- this is so important when in a place you are unfamiliar with! I would definitely come back again.

The cabin was very nice and offered plenty of space for our group. The deck area in particular was very nice with a view of the lake. Only a short walk away from a grocery store and other amenities as well. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Only downside was that there was no indoor staircase to the bottom room but definitely not much of a detriment.

Great home. Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view of the lake. We loved every moment of it. The entire space including the patio felt like we were hundreds of miles away from the city. Grant was very responsive, which helped our group figure out what to and what not to bring for our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again for a future trip.

Awesome stay at the Emerald Lake cabin! Directions for everything and anything were provided right at the kitchen counter! Very comfortable beds! My friends and I had a nice 2 night stay and look forward to coming back again! Everything worked, including seeing the Super Bowl game! Grant also responds via text in a timely manner, so I was sure this place was not going to disappoint! Thank you Grant!

9 of us stayed at the Emerald Bay Lake House very comfortably. The Bocce Ball pit was a real hit. The house overlooks Papoose Lake which is right next to Lake Arrowhead. Two bedrooms in the house and one under the outside deck. We had a lovely stay in the well appointed cottage. Thanks Grant!

Grant was very accommodating and welcomed us graciously with his quick responses, and most especially, the discount he gave when we requested to extend.for another day. The amenities in the house are so much more than expected, with lots of towels, dishwashing detergent, ample cooking utensils, etc., which show the warmth of hospitality by the host. The instructions are very clear, the pool deck room is a welcome.plus, the beds are phenomenal with luxurious memory foam.beds! We so enjoyed relaxing and chattting as a family in the very cozy living room with nice fireplace, smart TV, fast internet..everything one can hope for. Very clean everywhere. The location is as excellent..with nice view of Lake arrowhead, a short distance to the fabulous lake arrowhead village with restaurants, and stores nearby down the street for anything you need. People in the neighborhod are so helpful. One group volunteered to help us with our chains. We were lucky to choose this place and would certainly come.back..perhaps for longer! More to say but overall, we had a great experience.

Grant was by far the best airbnb host I have ever had. It might actually be more accurate to say that Grant was the best host period. Not only did he make our stay welcome and reply back in a quick and efficient manner any time we had a question or concern, but he was also accommodating to our situation when we had some concerns about checking out in time due to a sudden possibility of a heavy snow storm. The location was great the host was great and as a result the entire experience was an A+ one!! You won't regret coming here!!!

We stayed at Emerald Bay Lake House over the New Year's weekend. The main house includes the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The kitchen is connected to the living room. The kitchen has a nook to eat in, and the living room has two couches, a coffee table, and a TVThe two bedrooms in the main house have one large bed in each room, as well as their own closet spaces. There is a downstairs room that is not connected to the main house. This downstairs room has two bunkbeds, a pool table, and a TV. There is room to park about two cars easily in front of the house, but we were able to pack four cars with some tight parking. The view of the lake and mountains is nice. The directions and house rules were clear. The wifi was reliable. The extra towels was useful. We had an issue with the oven -- it wouldn't turn off. We called for maintenance and they came to fix it. The lighting in the living room was not working -- maintenance said they were currently working to find a solution. We were able to bring lamps from the bedrooms into the living room to provide light at night.

Thank you Grant for making this reservation a great experience. Emerald Lake house is a cozy, warm, beautiful place where my family and my self had a great Christmas celebration.

Had a blast. Beds were amazing and extremely comfortable after a long day on the slopes. Sleeping arrangements were different than we expected, the two private rooms are upstairs, and the extra bunk beds are downstairs. You must walk outside, they're not connected to the main house. Parking is limited, best to carpool. Table is bolted to the ground, if more table space is needed bring your own. The bathroom and shower are great, but there is only one. Charter cable was great to have, and the fireplace was perfect! Fyi, sheets, towels, and toilet paper were provided. Checkout is at 11am on the dot, they had a cleaning lady there waiting for us to leave, so don't sleep in. Overall, we loved our stay!

The house was great and so was grant when ever we need his help. I would stay again.

This cabin provided just what we needed for a weekend getaway. It comfortably slept all 10 of us, and was well stocked with all of the essentials that we didn't have to worry about packing, including linens and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed hiking on nearby trails and driving a short distance to the beautiful Arrowhead Village. The view from the enormous patio was my favorite part. (Just note that if you have young children, that the room with 4 bunk beds is detached and has a separate entrance downstairs, but it provides plenty to keep them busy from a pool table, bocci ball court with equipment, and TVs with DVD players. Mine were happy raking leaves!) Thank you to our hosts, Grant and Judy, for providing your home to us! We would love to stay again!

Great Cabin! Everyone in our group loved the beds! The were so comfortable! The cabin was everything we needed. Grant went out of his way to make our stay welcome and all the instructions were clear and easy.
